The squad is locked inside a remote arctic weather station during a blizzard. To restart the power grid before the radio tower freezes, they decode technical logs and coordinate live commands.
Instead of memorising rules, kids naturally use conditional structures to win: "If you pull the blue switch, the heat turns on." English becomes the tool that solves the problem.

Here is why I do it. Most kids spend years learning English from one teacher, and they get scarily good at understanding that one person. Then a real human with a different accent talks to them at an airport, and everything falls apart.
I have watched it happen. It is heartbreaking, and it is fixable.
So once a month, the squad has to figure out a brand-new speaker together, live, mid-mission. It sounds like a party trick. It is the most quietly serious thing in the program.

I have taught both kids and adults across Thailand, Spain, and Mexico, with students from across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. And I noticed one universal flaw everywhere.
Children who knew exactly what to say would go completely silent the moment they felt watched. They were not struggling with vocabulary. They were struggling with performance pressure.
That is why I built Squad4English. By turning a high-pressure classroom into a cooperative, immersive mission, we take the judgment out of the room. Nobody is being graded in there. They are too busy trying to restart a power grid before the blizzard hits.

A2 or B1. They can understand basic instructions and form simple sentences. They don't need to be fluent. They need to be willing.
Shy kids often do really well here. The mission gives them a reason to speak that has nothing to do with being evaluated. They are not answering a teacher. They are helping their squad.
A computer works best. Sessions run on Google Meet and Miro simultaneously. A tablet can feel cramped. A laptop or desktop is what we recommend.

Life happens. Let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. The squad dynamic works best with consistency, so we ask for as much notice as possible.
It depends on their levels and ages. Sometimes it works brilliantly. Sometimes separate squads give each child their own space. We work it out during the consultation.
Each squad meets twice a week for 50 minutes, either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday, at a fixed time agreed when the squad forms. Same days, same time, all year. Four families are synced to that slot, so it doesn't move. If your child misses a session, the mission goes on and I'll fill them in before the next one, so they're never lost.
The founding squads launch September 2026 and follow the school year through June. But new squads form all year round: whenever four matched kids are ready, a squad starts. So no, you haven't missed it. Joining later just means a different squad, not a closed door.
Then you don't pay. Nothing is charged until your child's squad is confirmed: four kids, matched by age and level, schedule locked. Until then your spot is reserved and your card is untouched. Sometimes a squad confirms in days. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to find the right fourth kid, because the wrong fourth kid is worse than waiting. If it's taking longer than expected, you'll hear it from me directly, not from silence.
It can happen. Families move, schedules change. When it does, I look for a replacement kid at the same level and introduce them properly, with the squad's help, as a new agent joining the mission. Kids adapt to this faster than adults expect. If a squad ever drops to a size where the dynamic stops working, I'll tell you straight and we'll sort it out together, including pausing payment if sessions pause. Your money only ever buys full squads.
The trial itself is one on one, just your child and me, so that is exactly where we both find out if the group format is right for them. If it isn't, I'll tell you straight during the debrief and we'll talk about what makes sense instead.
Tell me before or during the trial. The mission format genuinely helps a lot of anxious kids, because the focus shifts to solving the problem instead of being watched. But I need to know upfront so I can read the session properly and match them into the right squad.
Then you don't book another one. No contract, cancel any time between months. The one thing I ask is your child finishes a month once it starts, because three other kids are counting on them. You commit to the month. Never beyond it.
